That system also used confidential patient medical records to create mailing lists for the Labour Party during the recent parliamentary election. And Obama wants an unashamed admirer of that crumbling and corrupt system to run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid? I see rationing in your future:

Chicago Nursing Home Target Of Recent Federal Investigation

Recently, Somerset Place, a North Side Chicago nursing home, was the target of a special audit and probe conducted by investigators from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Reports of problems that were published in the Chicago Tribune and complaints by a local lawmaker are what led to the investigation.

Somerset Place is an assisted living facility that specializes in adults who are mentally ill.  The facility has received a number of citations and been the target of investigations that took place between April 2008 and July 2009.  During these investigations conducted by Chicago police, 15 alleged assault and battery incidents took place, along with 5 cases of criminal sexual assault and 5 reports of narcotics possession.

Johns Hopkins Medicine CEO: Obamacare Will Have "Catastrophic Effects" on Health-Care Safety-Net

Both the House and Senate health-care reform bills call for a large increase in Medicaid—about 18 million more people will begin enrolling in Medicaid under the House bill starting in 2013, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Actuary Richard Foster estimates.

A flood of new patients will be seeking health services, many of whom have never seen a doctor on more than a sporadic basis. Some will also have multiple and costly chronic conditions. And almost all of them will come from poor or disadvantaged backgrounds.
